Assistant Project Manager

Accurise is hiring an Assistant Project Manager with 5+years of construction management and/or owner’s representative experience to work closely with our Vice President of Development andManaging Partners on high-profile construction projects with industry-leading clients.
Location: 400 Park Avenue, NYC
Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Vice President of Development and collaborate with Managing Partners on high-profile construction and development projects
- Assist in management of projects from inception, through entitlement, design, development, and construction
- Assist with day-to-day project management activities
- Help prepare and track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage project documentation (contracts, drawings, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes) through construction managers
- Identify potential schedule risks and flag them early
- Assist with procurement of general contractors and consultants
- Attend jobsite meetings and site walks as needed
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend and lead coordination meetings
- Communicate action items to relevant parties
- Serve as a liaison between contractors, owners, designers, and consultants
- Coordinate with AHJs
- Review payment applications and budgets

- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to form and maintain high level stakeholder relationships
- Understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with construction and business sofetware (Procore, Autodesk, Bluebeam, MS Office Suite)
