Marketing Assistant

We are seeking an in-house Marketing Assistant with 5+years of marketing experience to work closely with our Director of Marketing and Managing Partners on high-impact initiatives. This role supports marketing across branding, advertising, social media, and business development efforts, with a strong emphasis on networking and growing Accurise’s presence on LinkedIn.

Full-time & on-site: 400 Park Avenue, NYC

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Managing Partners on specialty marketing initiatives
  • Support and help execute marketing strategy, advertising campaigns, and brand initiatives
  • Manage and grow Accurise’s LinkedIn presence, including content coordination, engagement, and outreach
  • Update and maintain marketing materials, resumes, and firm credentials
  • Assist with proposal development, formatting, and coordination
  • Work closely with internal staff across all levels to gather information and align messaging
  • Engage with clients and potential clients to support relationship-building and visibility
  • Identify and help secure opportunities for Accurise to be represented externally, including:
    • Career fairs
    • Industry events
    • Social and professional outreach engagements

What We're Looking For?

  • Excellent work ethic
  • Minimum 5 years of professional marketing experience, preferably within the AEC community
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, branding, and advertising
  • Proven experience with social media marketing, especially LinkedIn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects
  • Highly collaborative, personable, and confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into polished materials
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Public Relations
