Marketing Assistant
New York, New York
We are seeking an in-house Marketing Assistant with 5+years of marketing experience to work closely with our Director of Marketing and Managing Partners on high-impact initiatives. This role supports marketing across branding, advertising, social media, and business development efforts, with a strong emphasis on networking and growing Accurise’s presence on LinkedIn.
Full-time & on-site: 400 Park Avenue, NYC
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Managing Partners on specialty marketing initiatives
- Support and help execute marketing strategy, advertising campaigns, and brand initiatives
- Manage and grow Accurise’s LinkedIn presence, including content coordination, engagement, and outreach
- Update and maintain marketing materials, resumes, and firm credentials
- Assist with proposal development, formatting, and coordination
- Work closely with internal staff across all levels to gather information and align messaging
- Engage with clients and potential clients to support relationship-building and visibility
- Identify and help secure opportunities for Accurise to be represented externally, including:
- Career fairs
- Industry events
- Social and professional outreach engagements
What We're Looking For?
- Excellent work ethic
- Minimum 5 years of professional marketing experience, preferably within the AEC community
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, branding, and advertising
- Proven experience with social media marketing, especially LinkedIn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects
- Highly collaborative, personable, and confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into polished materials
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Public Relations
