Faisal Albakooa is an experienced Director of Planning with more than 15 years of experience in construction planning, scheduling, and project controls, supported by a strong foundation in field-based construction management.

This hands-on background allows Faisal to develop highly accurate, defensible CPM schedules grounded in real-world site conditions, logistics, sequencing constraints, and construction workflows. His planning approach bridges field execution and executive oversight, ensuring schedules function as practical management tools rather than theoretical timelines.

Faisal provides strategic planning, scheduling, and project controls leadership across complex construction programs. He develops and oversees logic-driven CPM schedules that reflect actual field constraints and phasing, collaborates closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and executive leadership to align planning strategy with execution realities, and delivers clear, executive-level reporting that supports proactive decision-making. His expertise in Primavera P6, delay analysis, and schedule governance enables clients to identify risks early, reduce delays, and improve overall project performance.

Faisal brings extensive experience supporting luxury high-rise residential, infrastructure, and federal projects, where accuracy, coordination, and schedule credibility are critical. He is known for translating field knowledge into structured planning strategies that improve forecast reliability, strengthen team alignment, and reduce project risk across all phases of delivery.

In addition to project execution, Faisal leads and mentors teams of planners across multiple high-value projects, providing oversight, quality control, and consistency across scheduling efforts. He is recognized for elevating schedule standards across portfolios and for establishing repeatable best practices that improve planning maturity at the organizational level.

Faisal also leads scheduling training initiatives for Accurise, including the development of formal training materials and instruction on CPM scheduling fundamentals, field-driven planning techniques, and schedule best practices. His training efforts strengthen collaboration between field teams and planners while reinforcing planning as a core project management discipline.
