Accurise Consulting developed the baseline schedule for Echelon Studios and continues to maintain it through monthly schedule updates and 3D modeling — two landmark film and television production campuses rising in Brooklyn's Red Hook and Bushwick neighborhoods.
Together the two developments deliver approximately 600,000 square feet of production space across ten state-of-the-art soundstages. Each six-story, mixed-use campus pairs its stages with top-tier production offices and dedicated support spaces, along with significant below-grade parking.
Developed in partnership with the New York City Economic Development Corporation, the $552 million initiative is expected to support roughly 2,400 construction and operations jobs. The two campuses bring purpose-built soundstage capacity to neighborhoods with deep industrial histories, giving New York's production industry permanent infrastructure at a scale the city has rarely offered.
The fully electric design eliminates on-site fossil fuel combustion, replacing gas-fired equipment with high-efficiency electric systems for space heating, cooling, and domestic hot water. Both campuses are pursuing LEED Gold certification, delivering production facilities with significantly reduced operational carbon relative to conventional studio construction.
